Please join us for your March 4-course wine dinner, as we feature wines from the Francis Ford Coppola Winery in Sonoma. Chef Alfanso will be determined to keep his menu perfectly paired with the featured grapes, so set back, and let your taste buds enjoy.
Melon and Prosciutto Salad
Spears of Watermelon, Cantaloupe, and Honeydew wrapped in Prosciutto served over Arugula and Mixed Greens. Garnished with Candied Almonds and drizzled with a Balsamic Reduction.

Porcini Mushroom Ravioli
Wild Porcini Mushrooms and Black Truffle Ravioli served in a Roasted Garlic Cream Sauce.
