Panko Encrusted Brie w/ Blackberry-fig compte
A creamy Brie cheese wedge with crispy panko breading, topped with fresh blackberry and fig compte. Served with assorted crakcer and fresh fruit.

Halibut Picatta Salad
Halibut Filet marinated in orange zest and spices, pan-seared and laid over a bed of mixed greens served with a lemon vinaigrette dressing, capers, red onion, parmesan and parsley.

Pepper Encrusted Filet with Sun Dried Tomato Blanc Sauce
5 ounce filet encrusted in black pepper, grilled & topped with a sun dried tomato infused beurre blanc cream sauce. Served w/ a side of chipotle-garlic mashed potatoes.

White Chocolate Panna Cotta
White chocolate infused Italian custard, chilled and topped with a red wine berry glaze and chocolate whipped cream.
