Fresh Strawberries, Pine Nuts, Goat Cheese, and Balsamic Vinaigrette. Served Over a Bed of Arugula and Spring Mixed Greens, Capped with Crispy Shallots.
Chalk Hill Sonoma Coast Chardonnay
Crispy Airline Chicken Breast Served with Mushroom and Cherry Risotto. Garnished with a Black Cherry Reduction and Gremolata.
Chalk Hill Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir
Chimichurri Topped Filet Medallions, Served with Scalloped Yukon Gold Potatoes, Broccolini, and Cherry Tomatoes.
Chalk Hill Red Blend
Almond and Oat Graham Crumble, Whipped Cheesecake, House Made Vanilla Whipped Cream, and Macerated Strawberries, Blueberries, and Blackberries.
