The Grille at eagle Mountain will be hosting a great four-course dinner, featuring the wines from Adelsheim Wine Vineyard in Willamette Valley, Oregon.

A fresh blend of Soprasetta, Spanish Chorizo and Prosciutto Ham. Smoked Gouda and Blue Cheese, Marinated Olives, Chutney, Dijon Mustard and a Toasted Baguette.

Tortellini w/ Sage-Butternut Squash Sauce
Tortellini pasta tossed in a creamy Butternut squash & Sage Sauce. Topped with chopped bacon and candied pecans.

Marinated and grilled beef filet topped with lump crab, grilled asparagus and decadent hollandaise sauce. Served with lemon-garlic Yukon potatoes.

Cranberry-Pear Mascarpone Tart
Sweetened and whipped mascarpone cheese served in a baked tart shell with grilled pears and a house cranberry sauce.
