4 Course Wine Dinner

The Grille’s 4-course wine dinner is back and better than ever in 2017, as we are featuring three wines from Argentina and one from Spain. Chef Chairez will be determined to keep his menu perfectly paired with the featured grapes, so set back, and let your taste buds enjoy.
Baked Portobello Parmesan
Fresh Portobello mushroom cap filled with marinara, sliced tomatoes, basil, melted mozzarella, and parmesan cheeses. Topped with a fresh herb garnish.
Wine Pairing: Terrazas Altos Del Plata Cabernet Sauvignon
Seared Halibut w/Cilantro-Lime Butter
Fresh cut halibut filet, seasoned and seared to perfection. Topped with a cilantro-lime infused butter and served with a roasted corn, black bean and rice medley.
Wine Pairing: Terrazas Altos Del Plata Chardonnay
Filet Mignon w/Horseradish Cream Sauce
Marinated and grilled petit filet topped with creamy horseradish glaze. Served with bacon-cheddar and chive mashed potatoes.
Wine Pairing: Numanthia Termes (Spain)
Salted Caramel Crème Brulee
Classic crème brulee tart glass filled with a vanilla-caramel custard. Topped with vanilla infused sugar that is charred, along with some fresh raspberries and powdered sugar.
Wine Pairing: Terrazas Altos Del Plata Malbec
