Strawberry-Balsamic Bruschetta w/ Goat Cheese
French baguette with an herbed goat cheese spread and topped with a balsamic infused strawberry bruschetta mix.
Wine Pairing: Alto Limay Pinot Noir - Argentina
Shrimp Brochette w/ Cilantro Lime Rice
Fresh shrimp stuffed with peppers and jack cheese, wrapped in bacon. Brushed with a garlic butter and served with steamed cilantro-lime rice.

Grilled Beef Tenderlion w/ Roquefort-Pecan Butter
Seasoned and grilled beef tenderloin topped with a house made, roquefort cheese infused butter and roasted pecans and served with garlic fingerling potatoes.
Wine Pairing: Argiano Super Tuscan Red Blend - Italy
Chocolate Cherry Cobbler
Fresh cherries mixed with melted with semi-sweet chocolate and topped with a golden pastry crust. Served with a dollop of vanilla bean ice cream
