Our chef, Carmelo Chairez, will prepare 4 unique twists to some classical dishes that will pair perfectly with selected wines for your palate. We will be featuring the Woodwork Wine line from Diageo Chateau's Vinyards in Napa, Ca.
Whipped Butternut Squash & Goat Cheese Crostinis
Steamed butternut squash, whipped & mixed with fresh goat cheese. Spread on a toasted focaccia bread and topped with candied pecans.

Prosciutto - Apple Stuffed Chicken with Balsamic Reduction
Baked chicken breast stuffed with a proscuitto & diced with green apple stuffing that has been topped with a balsamic vinegar reduction. Servedwith seasoned and roasted brussel sprouts.

Black Pepper encrusted Filet with Demi Sauce
Black pepper encrusted filet mignon, grilled and topped with a classic demi sauce. Served with a gorgonzola-chive mashed potatoes

Classic baklava made with phyllo dough and layered with candied walnuts and pecans, melted dark chocolate and whipped pumpkin
